Just 3 km from Sarlat City yet in the Countryside, enjoy this small 2-person cottage, semi-detached from the owner's house and not overlooked. This Holiday cottage comprises a living room with sofa and TV, wifi, a dining area and a fully-equipped semi-open-plan kitchen. A bedroom with a 200x200cm bed. A bathroom with toilet, walk-in shower and washing machine.
Enjoy a small, shaded private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
Then, at the bottom of the garden, you can take a dip in the heated swimming pool (10x5m, 1.20 to 1.80m deep) shared with the owners. Available from May to the end of September, the pool is secured by a roller shutter.
