This fully air-conditioned home offers attractive features both inside and out.
On one level, it comprises a dining area and fully-equipped kitchen (including washing machine and water softener), and a beautiful living room with an 8-seat corner sofa and TV, opening onto the large 1500m² enclosed garden.
The sleeping area comprises a shower room, separate toilet and 3 bedrooms. The first two bedrooms have 160x200 beds. The last bedroom has a king-size bed (180x200 cm).
There's a covered terrace with garden furniture seating 6, a gas plancha, outdoor games for Kids (house and slide), and a second sheltered terrace facing the Piscine with 2 armchairs and 6 deckchairs. The private Piscine is available from June to mid-September (8x4m, 1.40m deep, secured by a dome). This pool is chlorinated and has a corner staircase for access.
