Welcome to Domaine Lespinasse in the Vézère Valley. This renovated former farmhouse comprises two non-communicating buildings opening onto a central courtyard and covered terrace: the barn and the house. Everything is adapted to bring together a group of friends or a family in excellent conditions of comfort, with privacy preserved in this enclosed, flower-filled and landscaped courtyard.
Even so, you'll need to leave this paradise behind to discover the riches of the Périgord region, because in addition to being well accommodated, you'll be ideally placed for visiting the main sites of the Périgord Noir.
Here are just a few examples: 10 minutes from the Rouffignac caves, 25 minutes from Sarlat, a medieval city with an exceptional heritage and the Lascaux 4 International Center of Cave Art in Montignac, 45 minutes from Périgueux...
Your meals will take place under a magnificent covered terrace with a small kitchen area (brazier + 2 electric planchas available).
On the first floor, the main room of the house on 2 levels with integrated kitchen, 2 living rooms, dining room, mezzanine, gaming area, table soccer. Separate WC.
Upstairs, you'll find 1 master suite with 1 x 160cm bed and en-suite bathroom/WC. A shower room. 3 bedrooms, each with 2 approachable beds 90x190 and private shower room/WC.
Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Private Location next to the Holiday cottage for 5 cars.
You'll also find 2 bedrooms in an old barn with independent access, each with a 160cm bed and private shower room with WC.
A private heated saltwater swimming pool, 4x10m, 1.65m deep, secured by a roller shutter, entrance by large steps, open and heated from June to late September.
Petanque court, soccer pitch and secure-access playground for Kids are available behind the house.
Baby equipment: Umbrella bed, high chair.

What you see is what you get. It's was like a dream place to rest. Everybody found a resting place and me time there. The swimming pool was a delight and well appreciated. The bedrooms were fantastic especially the one outside. Thank you so much to the owner of this amazing place.

Les Canoë volants Magnifique
Magnifique demeure, idéale pour nos 2 familles.
La piscine est superbe, même si la température de l’eau était juste. Mais les propriétaires ont gentiment augmenté la chauffe. De l’espace partout, intérieur et extérieur. Superbe braseiro dans le prolongement de la halle. Espace enfants avec en prime un terrain de foot en contre bas.
Coin très très calme, un peu loin de tout mais idéal pour se ressourcer. Prévoir peut-être les courses d’épicerie car tout ravitaillement est lointain … merci aux propriétaires qui nous ont permis de nous sentir comme chez nous, très discrets mais réactifs à toute demande. Déjà 40 ans Excellent, parfait à tous points de vue
C'est la seconde fois que nous venons dans ce gite, toujours avec une immense satisfaction. Tout est parfait, depuis l'excellent accueil d'Audrey, le gite en lui même idéalement rénové avec les parties communes, une très grande pièce de vie avec tout le confort, salle de jeu à l'étage avec baby foot ... chaque chambre avec salle d'eau, TV ..., la piscine chauffée et sécurisée, la salle de sport avec table de ping pong, le préau côté piscine avec bar, immense table pour manger à l'extérieur, ... et cet emplacement proche de la Vézère, très bien situé entre les Eyzies et Saint Léon pour découvrir les merveilles de cette belle région De plus nous avons fait une descente en canoe entre Thonac et Tursac, à partir de la base des canoes Tursacois, très proche du gite, et où nous avons été très touchés par l'accueil amical et très professionnel de Jean-Luc et Christophe Nous étions 5 couples d'amis et cet avis est unanime, très difficile de faire mieux
