Welcome to Domaine Lespinasse in the Vézère Valley. This renovated former farmhouse comprises two non-communicating buildings opening onto a central courtyard and covered terrace: the barn and the house. Everything is adapted to bring together a group of friends or a family in excellent conditions of comfort, with privacy preserved in this enclosed, flower-filled and landscaped courtyard.
Even so, you'll need to leave this paradise behind to discover the riches of the Périgord region, because in addition to being well accommodated, you'll be ideally placed for visiting the main sites of the Périgord Noir.
Here are just a few examples: 10 minutes from the Rouffignac caves, 25 minutes from Sarlat, a medieval city with an exceptional heritage and the Lascaux 4 International Center of Cave Art in Montignac, 45 minutes from Périgueux...
Your meals will take place under a magnificent covered terrace with a small kitchen area (brazier + 2 electric planchas available).

On the first floor, the main room of the house on 2 levels with integrated kitchen, 2 living rooms, dining room, mezzanine, gaming area, table soccer. Separate WC.
Upstairs, you'll find 1 master suite with 1 x 160cm bed and en-suite bathroom/WC. A shower room. 3 bedrooms, each with 2 approachable beds 90x190 and private shower room/WC.
Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Private Location next to the Holiday cottage for 5 cars.
You'll also find 2 bedrooms in an old barn with independent access, each with a 160cm bed and private shower room with WC.
A private heated saltwater swimming pool, 4x10m, 1.65m deep, secured by a roller shutter, entrance by large steps, open and heated from June to late September.
Petanque court, soccer pitch and secure-access playground for Kids are available behind the house.
