Domaine du Rozel is the ideal base for discovering the many attractions of this beautiful region. This authentic character house, in the heart of Périgord Noir, is close to Sarlat (a medieval city with an exceptional heritage), Montignac (Lascaux 4 International Center of Cave Art), the Dordogne valley and its castles (Castelnaud, Beynac, les Milandes....), the Vézère Valley and its prehistoric sites, Les Eyzies de Tayac (Capital of Prehistory)... not forgetting the remarkable gardens of Marqueyssac and Eyrignac.
A detached stone house set in unfenced grounds of 10000m2. On the first floor, you'll enjoy a large main room: a living room (sofa, TV, internet) opening onto the dining room and kitchen equipped with 5 gas rings, dishwasher, oven, combi-freezer. Laundry room with washing machine and freezer (bike storage possible). Separate WC. Upstairs, three bedrooms, each with a 160x200 bed. You'll enjoy the shower room. Separate WC. When you return from your visits, you'll appreciate the terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and plancha.
A private swimming pool, 6x6m, 1.30m deep, with chlorine, open from June to the end of September, secured by an alarm. Baby equipment: booster bed and high chair.

Thibaud Un très beau lieu de villégiature
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans ce très beau gîte. La maison et la piscine sont idéales pour des vacances "au vert" et au calme. Le gîte est de plus idéalement situé pour aller visiter les châteaux de la Dordogne. Enfin, l'accueil et l'amabilité de nos hôtes méritent d'être soulignés. Conclusion : on a très envie de revenir l'année prochaine !

Domaine de Rozel ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für den Besuch der vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten in dieser faszinierenden Gegend. Nach den Ausflügen kamen wir immer gern in die ruhig gelegene Gite zurück und erfreuten uns an dem großen Garten ohne ein Gegenüber.

Donald Un très beau gîte
A 10 minutes de Sarlat, au cœur de la splendide campagne périgourdine, une très belle maison, très confortable. La maison est plus belle en vrai qu'en photo.
On a beaucoup apprécié la discrétion et la disponibilité des propriétaires.
Lits très confortables, maison bien équipée.
Piscine pas gigantesque mais bienvenue. Pas de climatisation mais ventilateurs dans chaque chambre.- Cleanliness
