The private Piscine and covered poolhouse are ideal for entertaining. Nestled in the Countryside, the property offers several hectares of land to share with the owners. It's ideally located for discovering the riches of the Périgord region: the nearby Golf de la Marterie, the Vézère valley and its prehistoric caves (Lascaux, Les Eyzies), Sarlat and its medieval streets, the châteaux of the Dordogne (Castelnaud, Beynac) and France's most beautiful villages (Limeuil, Saint-Léon-sur-Vézère).
