Set in a 19th-century estate of over a hectare, this stone-built property with exposed beams was once the tenant farm of a château, still visible at the rear of the Holiday cottage. The Holiday cottage's special feature: private access to the river directly from the garden, so you can take full advantage of the natural environment.
The Domaine de la Vézère offers you the Périgord at your fingertips, ideally located for all your excursions. From 1.5 km to 39 km around the Holiday cottage, discover Remarkable sites: prehistory (Centre International de l'Art Pariétal Lascaux 4 à Montignac, les Eyzies de Tayac...), gouffre de Proumeyssac, castles (les Milandes, Castelnaud, Beynac...), bastides... (Domme...), the Cadouin cloister, the village of La Roque Gageac and the Bergerac wine route (Monbazillac, Pécharmant...)... A region of architecture and gastronomy.

On the first floor of this Holiday cottage adjoining the owners' house, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen (3 gas rings, dishwasher, combi-freezer, microwave, oven...), opening onto the living room with TV, internet access and dining area. You'll have access to 1 bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed, a bathroom with shower cubicle, washing machine and separate WC. Upstairs, you'll enjoy a mezzanine with sofa, 2 armchairs and TV, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140x190 and 2 beds 90x190, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160x200, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 90x200, a bathroom with shower.
