Holiday cottage for 2 people comprising main room with dining area, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, 2-burner induction hob), sofa and wall-mounted TV, Internet access. Private front terrace overlooking the park and separate entrance. Upstairs, bedroom with 160 cm bed and reversible air-conditioning. Bathroom with shower cubicle and separate toilet. Outside, shared swimming pool (8x5 m, depth 1.40 m) open from June to September and secured by a shutter, Nordic bath accessible all year round, sauna and Sports hall (elliptical trainer and weight-bath). Ping-pong table and 1.5-hectare grounds with unsecured pond.
