Domaine de la Porte - La Bergerie

Set in 1 hectare of grounds, you can take advantage of our private swimming pool, heated to 28°C from 15/04 to 15/09, covered by a dome and secured by a fence. It measures 9mx4m, chlorine-free, and is 1.40m to 1.70m deep (from 30/09 to 15/10, the pool is accessible but not heated). Nearby activities include accrobranche, horse-riding, walking and, of course, sightseeing. Just 13 minutes from the City of Brantôme, known as the Venice of Périgord, and around 1 hour's drive away, you can wander through the vineyards of Bergerac or Sarlat, a medieval city with an exceptional heritage, or visit the prehistoric sites of the Vézère Valley or the castles, villages and bastides of the Dordogne Valley... Possibility, by appointment, of visiting the walnut grove and the boletière (boletus).

On the ground floor, you’ll enjoy the living area, which features a fully equipped built-in kitchen (dishwasher, range, 2 ovens, microwave, and fridge-freezer), open to the dining area and the living room with air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, Netflix, a pool table, a foosball table, and a kids’ foosball table. A beautiful veranda with outdoor furniture for dining, as well as access to the laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer. Also on the ground floor is a suite with a 160x200 bed, air conditioning, and a private bathroom.
Upstairs, you’ll find 4 air-conditioned suites, each with a balcony, a private bathroom, and a TV: 2 of the bedrooms have 180 beds, 2 others have 160 beds, and there’s a mezzanine with a 90x200 bed. One bedroom has a 180-bed and a 90x200-bed on the mezzanine. Finally, the fourth bedroom has a 180x200-bed and an 80x200-bed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a separate toilet inside the bathroom. Electric heating. 1-hectare property. A pétanque court, ping-pong table, and kids’ playground. For fishing enthusiasts, a private pond is a 15-minute walk away (no-kill).
