Large character house of approx. 230 m², ideal for holidays with family or friends. With its spacious rooms, 6 bedrooms and convivial areas, there's plenty of space for everyone. The house is ideally located for exploring the region's must-see sites. Less than 20 minutes from Bergerac, a City of Art and History, invites you to stroll along the banks of the Dordogne, discover its lively squares, restaurants and wine-tasting cellars. A few kilometers away, the medieval village of Issigeac seduces visitors with its picturesque lanes, half-timbered houses and famous Sunday Market. The region is also renowned for its vineyards, notably the Château de Monbazillac (less than 15 minutes away), with its panoramic views over the surrounding vineyards. And don't forget Chateau de Bridoire, with its many family activities, wine routes, bastide towns such as Eymet and Monpazier, and local producers offering foie gras, walnuts and Périgord specialties.

On the ground floor, you’ll enter through a large foyer (with air conditioning), which opens onto a spacious living area featuring a sitting area, a dining area that seats 12 people, and a fully equipped kitchen (4-burner gas stove, oven, dishwasher, LOR coffee maker, microwave...). Air conditioning in the living room and kitchen. A spacious suite with a 160x200 bed, a small sitting area, and its own bathroom (bathtub, walk-in shower, and toilet). A second suite with a 180x200 bed and an en suite bathroom (shower stall) that opens onto the bedroom. Then a bedroom with air conditioning and a 160x200 bed. A separate toilet. A laundry room with a washer and dryer. On the first floor, on the landing, there is a small living room with a bookshelf. Next is a first bedroom with a 160x200 bed. A second bedroom features two 90x200 beds (better suited for kids). Then a third bedroom with a 140x190 bed. A bathroom with a bathtub and shower. And a separate toilet.
On the ground floor, enjoy a beautiful covered terrace with patio furniture and a gas grill. On an unfenced lot of approximately 5,000 m², there is a dome-covered Piscine measuring 8x4, 1.50 m deep, treated with salt and chlorine, open year-round and heated from May through the end of October.
There is a small, completely independent village veterinary clinic on the garden level, not directly across from the holiday cottage.
