This 4-person gîte, ideally located in the Périgord Noir in Saint Cybranet, welcomes you with a beautiful covered terrace and spa offering a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside. The terrace is a real invitation to relax. This gîte is adjoined by another gîte (24G10705) with shared parking. Nearby, you'll find must-see sites like Castelnaud castle (8 km), Marqueyssac hanging gardens (10 km) and the medieval town of Sarlat-la-Canéda (15 km), famous for its lively market, ideal for sampling local Périgord produce. Don't miss the Château des Milandes, former home of Josephine Baker, for a unique cultural experience. You can also take advantage of the many nature activities on offer: signposted hiking trails start at the entrance to the gîte, canoe trips on the Dordogne and bike rides. The perfect setting to combine relaxation, culture and adventure.

After 3 steps, access to the living area with a fully-equipped kitchen (4 gas rings, oven, dishwasher...), a lounge with a 2-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, a TV, and a dining area with a table. On the ground floor, you'll also have access to a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a large dressing room, and direct access to the terrace with Spa. Bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. Laundry room with washing machine. Upstairs, a mezzanine area with armchairs and books. Then a bedroom with a 140x190 bed and dressing room. Reversible air-conditioning. Separate WC. You'll have access to a covered terrace with a 5-seater Spa open all year round. Private 6x4, 1.50 m deep, chlorine-controlled, alarm-protected Piscine, open from early May to late September, and heated to 26 degrees from mid-May to mid-September. Enclosed garden of approx. 1200m2 (playground for Kids). Barbecue.
