In the heart of Les Eyzies, world capital of prehistory, this charming Holiday cottage for 4 people welcomes you to an authentic house steeped in history. Nestled in a picturesque hamlet with narrow lanes, the house has been carefully decorated with exposed beams, warm parquet floors and stone walls. From the courtyard, enjoy a moment of relaxation overlooking the surrounding cliffs or the village church. The center of Les Eyzies, with its restaurants, shops and Museums, is within easy walking distance. The Vézère river, just a stone's throw away, offers canoeing, swimming and fishing. Nearby: the Font-de-Gaume cave, Lascaux, troglodytic sites, the castles of Commarque and Losse, not forgetting gourmet markets and listed villages such as Saint-Léon-sur-Vézère and Sarlat. An ideal starting point for exploring the Périgord Noir.

You'll find a living room with a fully-equipped kitchen area, a dining area, and a sitting area with a sofa, an armchair, WIFI, and a working wood-burning stove. Then a large shower room with walk-in shower, WC, washbasin, washing machine and tumble dryer. On the 1st floor, a first bedroom with 2 beds 90x190, then a second bedroom with a bed 180x200, a TV, and its en-suite bathroom with bath, WC and washbasin.
From the living room, you can access either a small balcony with a 2-person table, or a planted courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue.
You can unload your car in front of the Holiday cottage, and there's a public parking lot 50m from the church.
