This large property, comprising 12 houses, has a shared heated swimming pool and plenty of shared play equipment for Kids (table tennis, children's playhouse, swing set, woodland obstacle course, etc.).

On the first floor, you'll find a living room with a dining area, a lounge with a corner sofa and TV, and an independent, fully-equipped kitchen. There's a bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed and a bathroom with WC. Upstairs, you'll have access to a second bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed and 1 x 90x190 bed, then to a third bedroom with 1 x 140x190 bed and an adjoining shower room with shower cubicle, basin and WC. Outside, you'll enjoy a terrace with garden furniture, loungers, deckchairs and barbecue. No garden.
Within the estate, you'll enjoy a chlorine pool to share with 11 other rentals, 12mx6m and 1.20m to 1.80m deep, heated from 15/5 to 15/9, pool protection with barrier and cover.
