In the heart of the Dordogne Valley, idleness and relaxation will be the order of the day with the swimming pool, shared with another gîte for 4 people, size 6.45mx3.70m, depth 1.45m, flat-bottomed, secured by an electric curtain, unheated and open from May to October. You'll have your feet in the water, overlooking the verdant valley.
Just a few kilometers from Sarlat, you'll appreciate the many architectural treasures of our heritage and the must-see sites of the Périgord Noir. You can visit the Lascaux 4 International Center of Parietal Art at Montignac in the Vézère Valley, the castles of the Dordogne Valley, Rocamadour in the Lot and the Padirac chasm, or opt for outdoor activities such as hiking, horse-riding, mountain biking or canoeing (hiking departures from the gîte and river 1 km away). Available: 4 adult bicycles (mountain bikes or city bikes).

Former tobacco drying shed restored with respect for heritage conservation, single-storey house adjoining another gîte, equipped with reversible air-conditioning. You'll enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, 4 induction hobs, combined freezer and a living room with TV and internet access. You will have access to a bedroom with 1 bed 140x190 as well as a shower room with Italian shower and independent WC but in the shower room. Garden furniture, plancha in front of the gîte on the covered terrace. Unenclosed grounds of 1000 m2 open onto the property.
We have 2 friendly dogs on site, and you can watch the sheep.
