At the heart of a fine family story, this Holiday cottage is housed in the former house of the Château de Saint-Agne, carefully restored by farmers attached to their land. They wanted to preserve the soul of the place while offering holidaymakers warm, comfortable accommodation, ideal for rest and discovery.
Its location is ideal for exploring the riches of the Périgord region. Just 8 km from Château de Lanquais, 16 km from Bergerac and 7 km from the Moulin de Laroque in Couze-Saint-Front (where paper is still made by hand), you'll be in the heart of a region rich in heritage and tradition.
Lovers of history and culture will appreciate the Circuit des Bastides (Lalinde, Beaumont-du-Périgord, Issigeac...), while epicureans can discover the flavors of the famous vineyards of Monbazillac, Côtes de Montravel, Pécharmant and Bergerac.

A ground-floor bedroom with 2 x 80cm beds. Bathroom with shower cubicle. Separate WC. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower cubicle and separate toilet. One 160x 200cm bed and 1 140x190cm bed.
Private Piscine 5x8 depth 1.50, salt water, entry by steps, secured by alarm, open from June to September. Unenclosed grounds of 1 hectare, parking on the property. Private terrace and barbecue. Owners' private farm buildings not accessible.
