Beautiful 50 m2 stone-built semi-detached house, surrounded by meadows with cows, donkeys and horses. 30 minutes from the Lascaux 4 International Center of Cave Art in Montignac, 19 minutes from Les Eyzies de Tayac and its International Prehistory Museum, 10 minutes from St-Léon-sur-Vézère, one of the "most beautiful villages in France", come and discover Plazac and its fortified church, former castle of the bishops of Périgueux.

On the first floor, you'll enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the dining/living room with TV, WiFi internet connection and fireplace. From the hallway, you'll access a first bedroom with 1 140x190 bed, then a 2nd bedroom with 1 160x200 bed. There's a bathroom (double washbasin, bath, electric towel rail) and separate WC.
The unheated 3mx5m, 1.20m-deep, above-ground chlorine pool, shared with the owner (open from May to October), will enable you to make the most of your stay in Périgord.
In the courtyard, you'll find a private entrance with parking facilities. In front of the gîte, you can enjoy the peace and quiet in the garden furniture and barbecue.
