In the heart of the Dordogne Valley, laze and relax in the Piscine shared with another Holiday cottage for 2 people, 6.45mx3.70m, 1.45m deep, flat-bottomed, secured by an electric curtain, open from May to October and unheated. You'll have your feet in the water, overlooking the verdant valley.
You'll appreciate the many architectural treasures of our heritage, just a few kilometers from Sarlat and the must-see sites of the Périgord Noir. You can visit the Lascaux 4 International Center of Parietal Art in Montignac in the Vézère Valley, the castles of the Dordogne Valley, Rocamadour in the LOT and the Padirac chasm, or opt for outdoor activities such as hiking, horse-riding, mountain biking or canoeing (Hiking departures from the Holiday cottage and river 1 km away). Available: 4 adult bikes (Mountain or City).

Former tobacco drying shed restored with respect for heritage conservation. One-storey house adjoining another gîte, equipped with reversible air-conditioning. You'll enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, 4-burner ceramic hob, combined freezer and a living room with TV and internet access. You'll have access to 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 1 140x190 bed and 1 bedroom with 2 90x190 beds, as well as a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. Garden furniture, plancha in front of the gîte on the covered terrace. Unenclosed grounds of 1000 m2 open onto the property.
On-site presence of 2 friendly dogs and you can see the sheep.
