Come and enjoy the idyllic setting of our 80-hectare property, with its vineyards, vegetable garden, truffle farm (open in season) and private pond where no-kill fishing is permitted (equipment can be lent by the owner).

Located in Salon, next to the owners' residence in the Périgord Blanc region, you'll be 26km from Périgueux, where you can visit its narrow streets and famous cathedral. 15km from Le Bugue, where you can visit the Village du Bournat and the Aquarium, and 25km from Les Eyzies (Centre Pariétal de la Préhistoire). 5km from shops in Vergt.

Holiday cottage of 115m² with a kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, drawer. On the first floor, you will find an air-conditioned living room with sofa and TV, fireplace with wood supplied. Bathroom with shower and WC. Upstairs, accessible via a staircase, you'll find three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a 140x200 bed. On the 1st floor, separate WC with washbasin. Reversible air-conditioning.
The Holiday cottage has a terrace with barbecue. Parking spaces available. Washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer available in the barn.
From early June to late September, you can enjoy the shared swimming pool (with another Holiday cottage) on the property (dimensions 9mx4m, 1.40m deep, salt water, unheated, 40cm beach on 1.2x4m). Ping-pong table in the drying area.
