Housed in a former tobacco drying shed, it offers an excellent level of comfort, with reversible air conditioning in the main room. The decor is a harmonious blend of wood and antique objects, including old cupboard doors steeped in family history, creating a warm and unique atmosphere.

The main room is equipped with a kitchen area with dishwasher, washing machine, table-top fridge (in the cupboard), gas cooker and oven, and opens onto a sitting area with a small TV, fiber-optic Wifi, sofa and armchair. Upstairs, a 1st bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, a private bathroom with bathtub and WC. A 2nd bedroom with 3 single beds (90cm) and a private bathroom with WC. Piscine shared with the owners, 6.5x3.2m, flat-bottomed 1.40m, salt water, secured by roller shutter. Covered terrace with garden furniture, 2 gas or charcoal barbecues, additional fridge. Parking on site. Baby equipment: cot, Umbrella bed, high chair, changing mat.
