This house is located at the entrance to the charming village of Rouffignac-Saint-Cernin in the Périgord Noir region, with all shops and services, a beautiful market every Sunday morning, entertainment and night markets on Wednesday evenings during the summer. Ideal starting point for discovering a region rich in prehistoric sites, castles, medieval villages, excursions and, of course, culinary discoveries. Near the Grotte aux Cent Mammouths in Rouffignac-Saint-Cernin, 16 km from the prehistory capital, Les Eyzies de Tayac, 20 km from Montignac (Lascaux 4 International Center of Cave Art), 30 km from Périgueux, a city of Art and History, and 37 km from Sarlat, a medieval city with an exceptional heritage.
For the whole family, there's a city park, tennis courts and soccer fields just 500 m from the house...
A house with an enclosed garden of more than 600m² overlooking the rear of the house with a garden table, 4 deckchairs, a lounge, a parasol, a plancha gas grill, a basketball hoop.
This 1960s house is built over a basement. Access is via an outside staircase on the street side or one on the garden side. Private parking on the side of the house for at least
2 to 3 spaces. Inside, a living room with TV sofa and wifi. One bedroom with 2 adjustable 80x200 beds. A bedroom with 1 bed 160x200. A shower room. A WC. A fully-equipped modern kitchen.
If you wish, you can take advantage of the tiled basement with a table and 6 chairs, and a separate room serving as an office and relaxation area with books and board games.

France 2026 Mr and Mrs W
A beautiful gite in a lovely village. It is well equipped, decorated to a high standard, light and very clean with off road parking and a large garden. The village is about 3 minutes walk away with a butcher, bread shop, cafe, pub and pizza place. Carrefour have a medium sized store a very short drive away - about 4-5 minutes max, with fuel too. The owners were very helpful and whilst our French and their English wasn't great we managed to communicate! Highly recommended.

Adrienne Excellent séjour
Super gîte bien rénové et décoré, bien équipé, très propre. On s'y sent vraiment bien. Paulette et Gilles nous ont réservé un très bon accueil et étaient très réactifs. Nous avons également apprécié les extérieurs - très beau jardin bien fleuri, très agréable en cette période de canicule. Le gîte est très bien placé pour découvrir la région. C'est une belle adresse à retenir.

Bertrand belle maison
Très beau séjour dans une maison rénovée avec goût avec tout le confort nécessaire vraiment une très belle maison.
La literie est très confortable et la cuisine très bien équipée.Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute de vos demandes et sont vraiment des gens très sympathique.
Petit aparté la boulangerie fait un très bon pain et de bonne viennoiserie. Rouffignac est un très joli petit village avec tout le nécessaire pour pouvoir passer un très bon séjour
