Restored house ideal for visiting the beauty and vineyards of Bergerac and Bordeaux (Saint-Emilion)

From the commune of Fougueyrolles, in the heart of the Périgord Pourpre region, you can explore a wide range of tourist attractions: the châteaux of Monbazillac, Biron, Bridoire, the bastides of Issigeac, Eymet, Beaumont-du-Périgord, Monpazier... and spend some pleasant moments strolling through the markets of Sainte-Foy-la-Grande and Bergerac. You can also visit Saint-Émilion and its world-famous Vineyards, just an hour's drive away.

Semi-detached house adjoining the owners' house, not overlooked. Enjoy a large enclosed garden at the rear of the house with its private swimming pool and playground for Kids (slide, children's swing, FYI: the trampoline shown in the photos has been removed due to damage). Pets welcome.

The private swimming pool (chlorine, 9x4m and 1.40m deep, secured by a bar cover and alarm) is available from June 01 to September 30.
The first floor comprises a large living room divided into 2 sections: a sitting area with sofa and TV and a dining area with a fully-equipped kitchen, plus a shower room with toilet.
Upstairs (16 steps), you'll have access to two bedrooms with a Bed 140x190, a bedroom with 2 beds 90x190 and a second shower room with WC.
