The location of this gîte in the heart of Périgord Noir gives direct access to world-famous tourist sites such as Sarlat, the medieval city with its exceptional heritage, less than 10 minutes away. The proximity of the Dordogne Valley (castles, gardens, villages among the "most beautiful villages in France"...) and the Vézère Valley (Lascaux 4 International Center for Cave Art, Les Eyzies de Tayac, prehistoric sites...) means there are plenty of places to visit.
Lovers of outdoor activities will enjoy swimming and fishing in the Dordogne River, cycling or hiking, hot-air ballooning... or visiting remarkable gardens.
What also makes this gîte an ideal cocoon is the view over a calm, verdant valley. And the independence of the gîte, which is not overlooked, means you can totally disconnect and relax after a busy day full of memories.

Small single-storey detached house in the owners' grounds. You'll enjoy a kitchen opening onto a living area, a bedroom with 1 bed 140x190 and a shower room opening onto the bedroom with Italian shower. Separate WC.
In front of the gîte, you'll find a private terrace (garden furniture, parasol, barbecue...) with an unobstructed view of the Sarlat countryside.
A private, unheated above-ground swimming pool located a little further up in front of the owners' house is available if you wish.
You don't need to worry about anything else, as everything is provided: household linen, sheets, towels and cleaning at the end of your stay.
A parking space is available behind the house on the property.
