A house out of sight, even if it's attached to a year-round rental. On the first floor, a living area with sofa, armchair, TV, internet and a dining area with kitchenette, table-top refrigerator, gas stove, oven, microwave (no dishwasher).
Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms. The first with a 160cm bed and the 2nd with a 140cm bed, both with storage cupboards. Access to the bathroom with walk-in shower, heated towel rail and 1 washbasin. Separate WC. Laundry room with washing machine, access via the courtyard, bike storage.
Private 15m2 courtyard, fully enclosed, with garden furniture, chilienne, gas barbecue. Parking space on the property under a carport.
