The village of Auriac-du-Périgord, with its old stones, its architecture, the river running through it and its children's playground, offers a particularly pleasant setting for family vacations. In July and August, the square under the plane trees comes alive with the gourmet market from 6pm, where you can enjoy a convivial meal.
Completely renovated in 2022 to a high standard, the house combines authenticity and modernity with a feeling of space and luminosity.
Well insulated, it will welcome you comfortably in summer as well as in autumn/winter for beautiful walks in the forest in search of mushrooms.

This detached house, with a panoramic south-facing view over the village and Countryside, is set in 3500 m² of wooded parkland with a pétanque court and swing. On the main level (raised first floor) you'll find an air-conditioned living room extending into a semi-open-plan kitchen, a bedroom (160x200 bed), a shower room and separate toilet. This level is accessed either via the staircase leading to the sunny balcony, or via the rear wooden terrace.
Upstairs, you'll find a 3-person bedroom (3 beds 90x190) and a mezzanine that can be used as a workspace (2 desks), gaming room or rest/reading area (convertible sofa, bookcase). A laundry room will enable you to store your equipment safely (bicycles, fishing gear, etc.).
