Just 3 km from Sarlat's historic center, the Chalet des Contries welcomes you to a verdant setting with an unobstructed view of the garden. This bed and breakfast, located high above the City, combines comfort and practicality: private bathroom, terrace, air conditioning, mini-fridge and washing machine are at your disposal for an independent stay.
You'll appreciate its ideal location for discovering the riches of the Périgord Noir region: Sarlat-la-Canéda, its Markets, its medieval streets, but also the castles of Beynac and Castelnaud, listed villages such as Domme or La Roque-Gageac, the gardens of Marqueyssac, the caves of Lascaux or Padirac. Canoeing, horse-riding, Hiking or cultural visits will set the pace of your stay.

On one level, bedroom with independent access, equipped with: 160x200 bed, armchair, closet with hanging space and shelves, dressing room with mini-fridge, en-suite shower room with shower, washbasin, washing machine and WC. The room has reversible air conditioning. To protect you from mosquitoes, mosquito nets are fitted to the windows. In front of the room you'll find a private area with garden furniture, 2 armchairs and a parasol.
Breakfast is served on the house's awning-covered terrace or, weather permitting, in the owners' kitchen.
The guest house has an unfenced plot of approx. 1200m2. Private parking on site.
