Come and enjoy a pleasant stay in a quiet and relaxing setting in the heart of the Périgord. A private pool is at your disposal (unheated, saltwater pool, 5m x 10m, depth 1.10m to 1.40m, roller shutter, open from mid-May to mid-October). You’ll love the charm of this beautiful 19th-century home, fully renovated and set in a large wooded park. A 400-hectare estate of limestone plateau and woodland lies 500 meters from the property, where you can enjoy numerous hikes and explore a land art trail and a path lined with dry-stone cabins. There are many tourist sites to visit in the surrounding area, such as Brantôme (the Venice of the Périgord), St Jean-de-Côle, listed among "The Most Beautiful Villages of France," as well as Périgueux (City of Art and History) or the Château de Hautefort and its famous gardens...

A large detached house on 20 acres of unfenced land. On the ground floor, you’ll find a beautiful entryway with a separate restroom, a dining room, a living room with two sofas and a TV, and a beautiful, fully equipped modern kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, 4-burner induction cooktop, washer-dryer). On the first floor, a gallery/library with a view of the park leads to the three bedrooms. They are all equipped with air conditioning, a 160x200 cm bed, and two 90x190 cm bunk beds. The first bedroom has a toilet, a sink, and a bathtub, while the others have a bathroom with a sink, a shower, and a toilet. Enjoy the terrace with garden furniture, a ping-pong table, and a Weber grill.
Linens, end-of-stay housekeeping, sheets, towels, heating, and electricity are included. Pet fee (dogs only): €20 per stay/dog (cats not allowed).
