Come and enjoy a pleasant stay in a calm, relaxing setting in the heart of the Périgord region. A private swimming pool is available (unheated, salt water, 5mx10m, 1.10m to 1.40m deep, roller shutter, open from mid-April to mid-October). You'll appreciate the charm of this beautiful, fully renovated 19th-century residence, set in a large wooded park. A 400-hectare area of causse and woodland is just 500m from the property, where you can enjoy a variety of hikes, a Landart trail and a trail of dry-stone huts. There are many tourist sites to visit in the surrounding area, including Brantôme (La Venise du Périgord), St Jean-de-Côle, listed as one of "Les plus beaux villages de France", Périgueux (Ville d'Art et d'Histoire) and Château de Hautefort and its famous gardens...

A large detached house set in 20 ha of unenclosed grounds. On the first floor, you'll enjoy a lovely entrance hall with separate toilet, a dining room, a living room with two sofas and TV, and a beautiful, fully-equipped modern kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, 4-burner induction hob, washing machine-dryer). A gallery/library overlooking the park leads to the three bedrooms upstairs. All are equipped with air-conditioning, 1 x 160x200 bed and 2 x 90x190 bunk beds. The 1st bedroom has a toilet and washbasin, while the others have a shower room with washbasin, shower and toilet. Enjoy the terrace with garden furniture, ping-pong table and barbecue. Household linen, end-of-stay cleaning, sheets, towels, heating and electricity included. Pet supplement (dog only): €20 per stay/dog (cat not accepted).
