The gîte is located in the Périgord Pourpre region at the foot of the Monbazillac vineyards. Nearby: horse riding, canoeing, kayaking, mountain biking, cycling, golf, go-karting, bowling, disco...
Travelers can enjoy moments of peace and quiet while being close to the Dordogne's famous tourist attractions, including the farmers' market every Wednesday and Saturday in Bergerac. Baby equipment: cot, high chair.
Semi-detached house with the owners', with a shared 3500m2 garden. Covered parking space in the secure courtyard with a Wallbox for recharging your vehicle (payment by statement on site). One main room, with kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction), after a step you reach the living room with TV, internet, sofa, dining area. Terrace with garden furniture and gas barbecue overlooking the Piscine.
1 bedroom with private shower room and WC, 160x200cm bed. Shower room with shower cubicle and WC. Spacious bedroom with 160x200cm bed, desk and French window with garden access. Mezzanine open onto the living room, with a 140x190cm bed and a pull-out bed offering 2 additional comfortable beds. 2 velux windows with blackout blinds. Piscine shared with the owners, chlorine, covered by a dome, size 11X6, depth 0.90 to 2m at deepest, open from June to late September. Petanque court.

David Newlyn Outstanding Gite
We have stayed in many gites and their Italian and Spanish equivalents and have never stayed anywhere better than Kaz a muscadelle. The gite has everything you could want. It's immaculately clean and the owners are lovely.
The gite is in a very good position. It is close to the airport and a large supermarket and various other shops. It is also only a 10 minute or so drive into Bergerac Centre. At the same time it is in a very quite location which was ideal for relaxing by the pool.
The owners made sure we knew where everything was before leaving us to our own devices. They were available if we needed anything but otherwise we would not have know they were there.
We would be more than happy to return in the future.

Très belle situation pour visiter la vallée de la Dordogne à vélo, se promener dans les vignes.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Christine. L’accueil a été très chaleureux. Le gîte, idéalement situé pour visiter les alentours de Bergerac, est très bien équipé et nous avons pleinement profité de la piscine et du jardin.

FredS Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay at the vacation house. The place is very calm and peaceful, yet conveniently close to everything — groceries, shops, and even a charging station if you're coming with an EV. All this a stone's throw away from the historic center of Bergerac. The house was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. For us, this is a 5-star stay hands down. We’d definitely love to come back!
