BRITAVIT is located in the Bastide region (Monpazier, Beaumont du Périgord, Eymet...), 8 km from Cadouin Abbey.
Sylvie and Dominique welcome you to the comfortable rooms of their Périgourdine home.
Separate areas have been designed to allow you to recharge your batteries!
A saltwater swimming pool (unheated) to share, for relaxing after a day's sightseeing. 8x4m, 1.70 m deep, secured by a bar cover.
The former tobacco drying room has been converted into a Brocante-style reading and gaming room, with sofas and armchairs inviting you to relax with a good book.
A ping-pong table and dart boards will delight young and old alike.
Relax under the old oak tree or in the truffle grove.
Environmentally-friendly, pesticide-free vegetable garden.
On reservation: La Table d'Hôtes, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Plated meals on Mondays, Fridays and Sundays. Picnics every lunchtime.
The Britavit guest house has 4 bedrooms, all on the second floor of the house (18 steps up).
The "Familia" family room is just as suitable for a group of 4 people, with 1 double bed (160x200) and 2 single beds (90x190), its own bathroom and separate toilet.

The "Avitus" suite is a 2-person master suite with a 160x200 bed. Shower room and separate WC.
In the garden or in the dining room, depending on the season, breakfast will be a pleasant and gourmet moment throughout your stay. Teas or coffee or hot chocolate, yoghurts and fresh seasonal fruit will be accompanied by homemade jams, bread and cakes.
Le Pigeonnier" is a 2-person master suite with a 160x200 bed. A shower room and separate WC.

Everything has been designed to enable you to enjoy your time together as a family, while preserving a cosy, comfortable space for everyone. We wanted you to take the time to get together, chat, share and relax over a board game or a good book, all of which are available in this space. For your Kids... Sylvie's elementary school desk awaits them and reigns supreme in one of the bedrooms. There's plenty of space for them to draw...

It's also the state of mind and art of living adopted by Sylvie and Dominique, the owners. Here you'll find a few objects that hint at the passing of time... Softly-colored fabrics, stone walls and a bouquet of wild flowers invite you to dream and enjoy the moment, with a view of Saint Avit Sénieur abbey and the garden...

This room honors an emblematic part of the peasant habitat, a small treasure of our Périgord heritage. You'll be seduced by its magnificent three-sided roof structure, typical of Périgord farmhouses. In the old stone wall, the small openings of the former dovecote have been preserved, and the headboard does it proud, as does the decoration in keeping with this heritage. A lovely view of the abbey church of Saint Avit Sénieur and the wooded garden.

Les lyonnais SEJOUR EN CHAMBRE D HOTES
Très bien situé pour visiter le Périgord avec les conseils de nos hôtes qui connaissent parfaitement leur région. Bienveillance et convivialité sont les atouts pour un excellent deroulé du séjour. Tout a été pensé pour que chacun apprecie des moments de repos, de jeux, de baignade et d échanges à chacun son rythme ! Table d hôtes et petit déjeuner fait maison et excellents.
