It's situated between the Isle Valley (ideal for fishing) and the Grand Etang de La Jemaye, 17 km away (sandy beach with lifeguard surveillance in summer, children's play area, sports trail, snack bars and restaurants), and close to the Chemin de St Jacques de Compostelle.
13 km from Abbaye Notre Dame de Bonne Espérance in Echourgnac (monks and nuns make and sell fruit jellies and jams, and mature a cheese with walnut liqueur).
45 km from Périgueux and Bergerac.

Detached house in a small hamlet of several houses, not overlooked. The gîte is accessed by 3 steps. On the same level, you'll enjoy a living room with lounge, dining room and fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room. Then you'll access a bedroom with 1 bed 140x190, a bedroom with 2 beds 90x190, a shower room with a washing machine. Separate WC.
You'll appreciate the lovely loggia overlooking the countryside and the view of the Double forest. Outdoor facilities: terrace, garden table and chairs, barbecue, deckchair.
