Ideally located on the Brive-Sarlat axis, in a small hamlet, our warm and welcoming house will provide you with an unforgettable stay in the Périgord Noir region, with family or friends. Close to the main sites of the Dordogne valley (Sarlat, Lascaux, Rocamadour, vallon d'Autoire, Loubressac, Lake du Causse,...), the house is surrounded by numerous Hiking trails.
Recently renovated, it has 6 large bedrooms, including 4 suites with shower and washbasin, 1 bathroom shared with the 2 other bedrooms, 4 separate WCs, a bright, well-equipped kitchen, a dining room for 12 guests, a cosy living room, 2 terraces equipped with tables, chairs and armchairs, and a vast garden. Baby equipment available on request.
Each room has its own air-conditioning/heating system.
The house is not accessible to PRM.

On the first floor of this Holiday cottage you will find:
Fully-equipped kitchen and utility room, dining room with large table for 12 people.
On 1/2 level: Living room with sofa and armchairs, TV, BT speaker.
Mezzanine level: 1 suite with double bed (140cm) + walk-in shower and washbasin, 1 separate toilet.
1st floor: suite with bed 160x200 and dressing room + walk-in shower and basin, 2 bedrooms with bed 160x200 (or 2 beds 80X200) and dressing room, 1 bathroom (walk-in shower and double basin) shared by the 2 bedrooms, 1 separate WC.
2nd floor: 2 bedrooms with 160x200 (or 2 80X200) beds + shower and washbasin, and 1 separate toilet.

Outside, you'll enjoy the following features:
