2 km from the Dordogne river, the gîte overlooks the village of Carlux. 20 km from the Art and History town of Sarlat, ideally located for exploring all the treasures of the Périgord Noir, including the Château de Fénelon, the Jardins d'Eyrignac and the Bastide de Domme, to name but a few.
Come and discover this detached house set in enclosed grounds close to a house in the Countryside.
On the first floor, you'll find a living room with kitchenette, microwave, 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, fireplace and separate toilet with washbasin.
The upstairs sleeping area comprises a bedroom with a 140x190cm bed and a 90x190cm bed, and a bathroom with WC.
