This 8-person Holiday cottage is an old farmhouse surrounded by 50 hectares of meadows and woods, ideal for enjoying a true Countryside atmosphere. The estate is made up of several authentic buildings, now unoccupied, preserving all the soul of the place. With a little patience, you can admire the animals in the Forest and observe life around the pond. After a day full of sightseeing, a 6-seater Spa awaits you for a moment of relaxation. Located in the commune of Biron, you can discover its magnificent château, a place steeped in history. You can also explore typical Périgord bastides such as Monpazier and Villeréal. The immediate proximity of the Lot river opens the door to a multitude of excursions.

You'll find a kitchenette (4 gas rings, dishwasher, mini-oven...), a dining area and a living area with a 3-seater sofa, TV and working fireplace. The living room opens onto a covered terrace with garden furniture, a lounge and a barbecue. There's a bedroom suite with a 140x190 bed, en-suite shower room (shower, basin and WC), and a mezzanine area with a BZ and TV. 3 other bedrooms, each with a 140x190 bed. Bathroom with bath, washbasin and washing machine, and separate WC. In the Holiday cottage's courtyard, overlooking an unoccupied building, you'll have access under a covered terrace to a 6-person Spa open from June to September.
