Welcome to the heart of Périgord Pourpre, in Naussanes, where your dream getaway begins! We offer you a charming, detached house with Gîtes de France label, ideally located on the Route des Vignobles et Bastides, near Bergerac. Alongside picturesque bastides (Beaumont du Périgord, Monpazier, Issigeac, Lalinde...), discover sumptuous châteaux such as Biron, Monbazillac and Bridoire, steeped in history and charm. When it comes to viewpoints, don't hesitate to make a detour to the cingle at Trémolat and the panoramic gardens at Limeuil. The Dordogne River offers a host of activities, including swimming, canoeing and gabare trips. Campsite 500 m away with restaurant and open stage.

Detached house in the commune of Naussanes featuring an entrance hall opening onto a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, gas, dishwasher) and a living room with 2 sofas, TV, wifi. After 2 steps, you'll have access to a bedroom with a 140x190cm bed, a dressing room and a private shower room. Separate WC. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, each with a 140x190cm bed. There's also a bathroom with bath, 1 washbasin, walk-in shower and WC.
The covered terrace is equipped with a barbecue and plancha, and overlooks the unheated private pool and pétanque court. The swimming pool is 4x8m, 1.50m deep, entered by steps and secured by a roller shutter. Open from July to September 15.
The gîte is set in 1500m2 of unenclosed grounds with views over the countryside.

Chris Superbe gîte périgourdin
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gite très agréable, accueillant et bien équipé. La grande terrasse couverte nous a permis de rester tard le soir pour profiter du calme continu de ce gîte. La piscine, le terrain de pétanque et les jeux pour enfants ont été apprécié des petites et des grands.

Julia A lovely, spacious gite
This is a lovely gite between the villages of Issigeac and Beaumontois en Perigord. We were a family of 7 (5 adults and 2 children) and there was plenty of space. The kitchen is large and well equipped and the lounge is very comfortable. There is a double swing in the garden (one has a toddler seat) and we had trouble getting my 2 yr old granddaughter off it, she spent hours swinging back and forth. My 6 yr old grandson loved the swimming pool (as we all did when the sun shone). We brought several inflatables but several were supplied anyway. We also really enjoyed the petanque court and the table tennis table (all equipment supplied) and we spent several evenings eating outside in a wonderful covered patio area, with both gas and charcoal BBQs.
Issigeac has many fabulous restaurants and a small Spar and on Sunday there is an amazing market (although it unfortunately poured down when we were there) and there is a large intermarche at Beaumontois.
We went on a great wine tour with Alex of Bergerac Wine Tours and also visited Bergerac, Eymet and several other villages.
Betty was so friendly and welcoming and her daughter came to help when we checked in as she spoke English which was a very nice gesture.
The gite was perfect, it was just a shame that the weather was patchy - but we still had a wonderful holiday- Cleanliness

Marie De très belles vacances
Très belle maison, très bien équipée et confortable. Superbe terrasse abritée, avec un beau jardin et une piscine très agréable l'été. L'environnement est calme, avec de nombreuses bastides à visiter et pas trop loin des sites touristiques. Nous avons adoré ce séjour trop court à notre goût, recommandons à 100%.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette charmante maison où vous trouvez à la fois le confort, la tranquillité et un très beau cadre. La maison est très bien équipée et joliment décorée, l'extérieur est très agréable à vivre avec une piscine, ce qui est important lors des grosses chaleurs. La propriétaire est d'une grande gentillesse et vous vous sentez tout de suite à l'aise. Je recommande vivement cette location pour visiter cette belle région ou tout simplement pour déconnecter du quotidien.
