This Holiday cottage for 2 people features authentic half-timbered charm. Ideal for a getaway for two, it offers a well-kept setting, with access to a shared Piscine, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
Located in Sainte Sabine Born, you can discover the wonders of Périgord Pourpre. Visit the emblematic bastides of Monpazier and Beaumont-du-Périgord, stroll through the farmers' markets and explore the Château de Biron. Discover the old town of Bergerac, stroll through the picturesque streets of the historic center, take a gabarre ride on the Dordogne, admire the panoramic view of the vineyards of Périgord Pourpre from the Château de Monbazillac. Hiking in the heart of nature or discovering the local gastronomy. Savor the essence of Périgord.
The living area features a sofa bed, bench seat, TV, wood-burning stove and internet access. Then a kitchen area equipped with 4 ceramic hobs, oven, Nespresso coffee maker, fridge-freezer... and a dining area. Separate WC. There's a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, and its own private shower room with shower, washbasin and washing machine. In front of the Holiday cottage is a terrace with garden furniture, parasol and plancha. You'll share a 2500m2 enclosed garden with the owners, as well as an 8x4, 1.60 m deep, chlorine-powered Piscine, open from mid-May to the end of September. The Holiday cottage adjoins the owners' garage and is close to their home.

Très bon séjour ! L’accueil des propriétaires a été excellent, le gîte est propre, fonctionnel, tout est fait pour que les vacanciers soient bien installés. Nous avons passé une semaine très reposante, l’environnement est calme et paisible. Pouvoir profiter de la piscine est un réel plaisir avant ou après les visites.

Avec mon mari et mon chien nous avons passé une semaine très reposante.

Emmanuel Gîte de France
Delphine et Philippe nous ont accueillis avec beaucoup d’attentions, et notamment avec la boisson faite maison qui nous attendait dans le frigidaire, un délice. Le séjour fut très agréable , la literie est de qualité et le gîte est très bien équipé. Leurs chiens sont adorables !

Très bon séjour passé chez Delphine et Philippe, le gîte était très bien, au calme. La literie est excellente, un plus avec la piscine après une journée à visiter le secteur. Delphine et Philippe sont d'une grande gentillesse, ils font tout pour rendre votre séjour aussi agréable que possible.
