Adjoining the owner's house, it offers air-conditioned accommodation, a south-facing terrace and a magnificent view of the Countryside from the 2nd floor. Its privileged Location puts you close to the most beautiful sites in the Périgord Noir: Domme, Sarlat, La Roque-Gageac and the Marqueyssac gardens. Located at the gateway to the Lot, you'll have easy access to Rocamadour and the Gouffre de Padirac. An ideal starting point for exploring two regions rich in heritage and flavours.

Accessed from the 1st floor via an outside staircase, the living room comprises an open-plan fitted kitchen (3 induction hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.), a dining area for 6, and a sitting area with sofa, armchairs, TV and WiFi. A bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and washbasin. An interior staircase leads to a large bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a 90cm bed, and an adjoining WC area that can be separated by a curtain. On the 2nd floor, a bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a TV. All rooms are equipped with reversible air-conditioning. The 1st floor features a terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, electric barbecue and ping-pong table. Washing machine in the cellar. Parking in front of the Holiday cottage.
