After taking a small Countryside road to reach the village of 160 inhabitants, you'll soon see the church, and then as you continue on your way, you'll discover our family home, nestled "Au Cœur du Village", ready to welcome you.

Located in Savignac-de-Miremont, this family-run property invites you to discover the Périgord Noir region, with its valleys, picturesque villages and prehistoric sites. Close by are Les Eyzies (the world capital of prehistory), Sarlat and the Vézère valley, which offer numerous visits, markets and outdoor activities. Completely restored in less than a year, this house tells a wonderful story of transmission and today offers a harmonious ensemble that can accommodate up to 14 people. Divided into three independent buildings, the complex comprises a main house for 4 people, an outbuilding (former barn) for 8 people and a duplex for 2 people, ideal for stays with family or friends. This accommodation is distinguished by its Wellbeing area set up in a former tobacco drying shed, with a heated indoor swimming pool accessible all year round, as well as a sauna and a petanque court for convivial moments after your days of sightseeing. On request, cooking workshops can be organized with the owner, Pascale, in her private studio; as well as sophrology courses with a professional; and Shinrin Yoku (Japanese sylvotherapy) forest walks with a specialized guide.

Discover this Holiday cottage with character, featuring a private, enclosed and secure courtyard that brings together the main house and the barn. Enter the main house, where you'll find a large living room with a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, and a large farm table, where you can all enjoy meals from our beautiful region. After a few steps, you'll reach the living room with TV. Upstairs are two bedrooms: Les Hirondelles (2 beds 80x200, which can be separated or placed closer together on request) and Le Rosier (1 bed 160x200). A separate shower room. A second building, the former barn, offers 4 beautiful bedrooms: 3 suites: "Le Châtaigniers", "l'Acacia", "le Tilleul", all with a 160x200 bed, air conditioning, and a private shower room with WC, and upstairs, the fourth bedroom, "le Noyer", with two 80x200 beds and a separate shower room and WC. On the ground floor, you'll find an herbal tea area with a sofa, a small fridge and a Kids' play area with books, games, a chalkboard... Finally, at the rear of the house, as you leave the private courtyard, you'll find the duplex, comprising a ground-floor living area with fully-equipped kitchen, 2-seater sofa, TV, table and 2 chairs, separate WC; and upstairs, the sleeping area with a lovely room featuring a 160x200 bed and open-plan shower room.
For your convenience, a separate outside laundry room is available with a washing machine and tumble dryer, and all Kids' equipment (stair gates, high chair, Umbrella bed, bathtub, changing mat). The advantage of this estate is that all rooms are equipped with reversible air conditioning for your comfort. Outside, everything has been thought of for your stay: the shaded terrace in the main courtyard and its summer kitchen with a plancha and large garden furniture. Then, through a gate in the courtyard, enter the second outdoor area with the Wellbeing area, featuring an old tobacco drying shed and a terrace with deckchairs and chiliennes for relaxing together, then inside a heated indoor swimming pool (6x3.5m and 1.35m deep, salt water), shower and WC. A private sauna in another building is also available, as well as a pétanque court. At the entrance to the property, you can park your car in the two parking lots provided, and store your bikes or motorcycles in a private closed storage area.
