A private staircase gives access to the Josephine area, which can accommodate 2 or 4 people. The 2nd bedroom is open to 3rd and subsequent guests. The Josephine Room (2 people)Access is via an entrance to an air-conditioned 17 m² room with a 160 cm x 200 cm bed, marquetry furniture and a small desk. The window overlooks the park. Adjoining the bedroom is a modern shower room with large shower and washbasin, and a window overlooking the park. The Josephine Suite (sleeps 4)A connecting door from the Josephine room leads to another 14 m² air-conditioned bedroom with two 90 cm x 190 cm beds. A small bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet adjoins this room. From this second bedroom, you'll have access to a 13 m² private terrace with a view over the park and an outdoor lounge.

A beautiful stone staircase with wrought-iron banister leads to the first-floor landing. From here, you can enter the La Boétie area. An entrance hall leads to the main room, measuring approximately 16 m². This air-conditioned bedroom has a 160 cm x 200 cm bed and a large dressing room. Adjoining this room is a boudoir equipped with a small desk, chair and armchair, inviting you to read or work while enjoying a superb view over the valley. A shower room with window, including a large shower, vanity unit and toilet, completes this private space.

Access to the Tour Périgourdine is via a beautiful stone staircase that takes you to the second floor. You enter a 15 m² air-conditioned room with a large bay window overlooking the park and a French window overlooking the park and Piscine. It faces south-east / south-west. The bed measures 160 cm x 200 cm. The bedroom has a large dressing room and a small desk. A stone staircase leads to the bathroom above the bedroom. A bay window, French window and two windows give this 15 m² room a very pleasant light. The bathroom features an angled bathtub, vanity unit with washbasin and toilet.
