Atypical stone cottage ideally located between the Dordogne and Vézère valleys, 5 minutes from Les Eyzies de Tayac, capital of prehistory, and 15 minutes from Sarlat, a medieval city with an exceptional heritage, in the heart of the world-famous Périgord tourist sites.
In the Dordogne Valley: La Roque-Gageac, classified as one of "France's most beautiful villages", the Bastide of Domme and castles (Beynac, Castelnaud, Les Milandes...), garden visits (Eyrignac, Marqueyssac)...
Many outdoor activities are on offer: fishing, river swimming, gabare and canoe trips, hiking and mountain biking...
This house is located in a small hamlet that was once a family farm where every agricultural building has been restored. This former cow and sheep barn was completely renovated between 2000 and 2008 by the owners to bring out all the character and character typical of our Périgord houses.

Entrance into ground-level living room with sofa, armchairs, TV, air-box wifi. A small step leads to the shower room with WC. Two steps lead up to the fully-equipped kitchen, which also opens onto the outside. Two steps lead to the sheltered terrace with garden furniture and 4 garden armchairs for contemplating the meadow and woods. Possibility of accessing the meadow below of approx. 400m² via a small path that runs around the house. The sleeping area is on the first floor of the Holiday cottage (14 steps). A mezzanine overlooking the living room has a 160x200 bed. This mezzanine leads to the bedroom with a 140x190 bed. Umbrella bed, high chair, bathtub, toilet booster on request.
