Just 30 minutes away, discover Bergerac's old town and its picturesque streets, and take a gabarre trip on the Dordogne River. The region is also at the heart of the Périgord Pourpre vineyards, renowned for their wines, with many estates open for tasting. Walking trails and local producers complete the possibilities for outings around the Holiday cottage.

Set in the owners' grounds and adjoining their workshop but with independent access, this Holiday cottage features a living room with sitting area (sofa, TV, speaker, WiFi) and fully-equipped kitchen (4 gas rings, oven/microwave combo, dishwasher, top fridge), with central island serving as dining area. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and WC. The bedroom is furnished with a 160x200 bed.
Enjoy a terrace in front of the Holiday cottage with garden furniture, 2 sun loungers and a charcoal barbecue. Unenclosed garden of approx. 250m2. In the garden is a Cabin with a private 5-seater Spa, open all year round.
No washing machine. Central oil heating and reversible air conditioning in the living room.
