This large detached house is divided into two sections: the living room with sofa and TV. Three steps lead down to the dining area and kitchen with oven, dishwasher and fridge. The laundry room has a second fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave. A shower room with a large shower tray, a separate toilet and an intermediate room complete this first floor. Upstairs: two family bedrooms, the Taupe, for 4 people, with a 160cm bed, a 110cm bed and an 80cm bed. The Lagon room has a 160cm bed. The second part of the house features a ground-floor lounge for games and reading, with a large bay window opening onto the Piscine. The two areas are linked by a corridor, and Internet access is available throughout the house with a repeater. The 3 other bedrooms upstairs, with different atmospheres and colors, are equipped with 160cm beds, and the Corail with an additional 110cm bed. Bathroom with shower and bathtub, plus separate WC, on the landing. Outside: vast, unfenced grounds, two garden furniture sets, plancha, ping-pong table, private, fenced swimming pool, secured by alarm, accessible via an integrated staircase, salt-treated, size 9x4, depth 0.80 to 1.60, open and heated from late May to late September, pool-house with fridge and sofa.
