Discover this attractive modern wood-frame house, nestled in the heart of the Périgord Vert region, ideal for nature lovers and comfort seekers. It boasts a superb, unobstructed view of the rolling Countryside from its covered terrace. You can even see the medieval castle of Excideuil in the distance. This "little town of character" has all the shops you need, including a well-known Market. In the surrounding area, you can discover the village of Hautefort (Château, gardens and Doctor Museum), the Tourtoirac cave, the ancient forges of Savignac-Lédrier, the truffle eco-museum at Sorges, the dry-stone Cabin trail at Savignac-les-églises... In terms of activities, you'll be close to the Rouffiac leisure center (swimming, water sports, accrobranche...), a golf course (2km), the Périgord Vert velorail at Corgnac sur l'Isle and the Auvézère gorges (canoeing, hiking). 60 km away are the splendors of Périgord Noir, with Les Eyzies de Tayac and Sarlat.

On the ground floor, there is a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a corner sofa, a TV, and a Bluetooth speaker. A suite with a 160x200 bed and an open-concept bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and a sink. Separate toilet. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a second bedroom with two 90x200 beds, and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink.
Outside, you’ll have access to a covered terrace with an unobstructed view of the beautiful Périgord Vert countryside, complete with patio furniture and a barbecue.
Heating is provided by underfloor heating and electric radiators. Air conditioning is available in the living area. On-site parking.
Shared swimming pool with another holiday cottage, measuring 7m x 3.8m, 1.50m deep, saltwater, secured by a cover, open from June to September.
Baby equipment available upon request: high chair, stair gate, and Umbrella bed.
Sheets for a double bed: €15; sheets for a single bed: €10; and bath linens: €10 per person per change. End-of-stay cleaning: €80. Pet fee per day: €10.
