House in a cul-de-sac away from the hustle and bustle of Sarlat, 1 km from Carsac and close to Sarlat. Main room, living room, TV, Wifi (low speed), dining area, kitchen with oven, dishwasher, induction cooker, laundry room with washing machine. First bedroom with double bed (140x190), walk-in closet, wooden shutters. Separate shower room with walk-in shower and heated towel rail. The last 2 bedrooms have the same dressing room, one with a 140cm bed and the other with 2 90cm beds. Separate WC. Car-port in front of the Holiday cottage, with parking space. Close to the owners' house and other dwellings, but not overlooked from terrace to terrace. Wooden terrace, barbecue, sun loungers. Baby equipment: Umbrella bed and highchair.
