In the heart of Sarlat, a charming, comfortable studio apartment to make the most of the medieval city's riches, and remarkably well-situated for visiting the world-famous sites of the Périgord Noir during your vacation.
Private parking for this studio, ideal for parking in town!
10 km from the Dordogne Valley (castles, gardens, villages, bastides and outdoor activities). 25 km from the Lascaux 4 International Cave Art Center in Montignac.
Attractive 55 m2 studio with parking available by the week only (arrival day Saturday). On the first floor, you'll have access to a lounge/bedroom with sofa, TV, 1 x 160x200 bed that can be converted into 2 x 80x200 beds, and a dressing room in the entrance hall. A fully-equipped kitchen with mini-oven, microwave, induction hob, small fridge and dishwasher, a shower room with an oversized shower and a standard-sized shower, and separate WC. Baby equipment available: Umbrella bed, high chair, bathtub.

Appartement très bien situé, à quelques pas du Sarlat médiéval (sans les inconvénients d'un gîte encapsulé dans la zone hyper touristique).
L'appartement est confortable, bien équipé, en très bon état.
La place de stationnement dans le parking privé en arrière cour est vraiment agréable.
La personne déléguée par le propriétaire pour gérer le gîté nous a accueilli de manière très sympathique et serviable (merci bien Niyada).- Cleanliness

Sarladais Excellent
Tres bon accueil de la part de la personne chargée de nous donner les clés
L'appart est très agréable, propre et fonctionnel. Il est surtout très bien situé à quelques pas du centre historique ce qui permet de ne pas utiliser de voiture pour les balades, la place de parking dédiée est un plus important et très utile.

Dtt Avis Gîte Sarlat
Gîte idéalement situé par rapport à la ville et par rapport à la région. La place de parking est un vrai plus. Sarlat est très fréquentée les jours de marché.
