Villa Mélusine

Let yourself be charmed by Villa Mélusine, a unique multi-level holiday cottage with views of the marsh and the soothing sound of birdsong. A flight of steps leads down to the Sèvre River and the towpath, perfect for bike rides along the bike paths.
After climbing a few steps, you’ll reach the entrance to the Villa, which leads to the spacious, fully equipped kitchen. From the entrance, a few more steps will take you to the living/dining room, which opens onto a small terrace/balcony overlooking the pool (3 m x 2.80 m x 1.50 m deep, open from the April school break through the All Saints’ Day school break), accessible via the staircase. Two pool towels per bedroom are provided.On the same level as the entrance, a few steps lead to Bedroom 1 (20 m²—1 bed 160 x 200, TV), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet, all private to the bedroom.
On the first floor, Bedroom 2 (23.40 m²—1 bed 160 x 200 and 2 beds 90 x 200cm), with an integrated bathroom and toilet. On the same landing, Bedroom 3 (18.40 m²—1 double bed 160 x 200, 2 beds 90 x 200cm), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Reversible air conditioning in each bedroom. Electric heating in the living area. Internet via a dedicated modem for the holiday cottage. Charcoal grill. Fishing is possible in front of the house from the cove.
A 350-meter walk from the harbor and shops. Beautiful furnished wooden terrace with large patio furniture and a barbecue, accessible via the small path that runs down alongside the holiday cottage.
On-site: badminton, bowling, and board games. Please be sure to sort your trash for recycling.
