A l'orée de Niort is a quiet holiday cottage, close to fields and nature, with country lanes ideal for Hiking or cycling. The Holiday cottage has been recently converted into an adjoining part of the owner's house on an enclosed estate. It features a 40 m² south-east-facing terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. The terrace adjoins the owner's and is visually separated by an opaque screen 3 m long x 1.70 m high. Access to the garden and deckchairs under the umbrella pine with lawn and approval table. First floor: fitted kitchen with central island (17 m²), living room (17.60 m² - TV with Freebox 600 channels), wifi internet access from the owner's box. Shower room (wc).
