In a typical Marais Poitevin village with Regional Nature Park and Grand Site de France status, come and discover the charm of a 35 m2 single-storey studio adjoining our 19th-century market garden house, with direct access to the river. It comprises a single 30 m² room with equipped kitchenette, living room, bedroom (1 bed 160x200, 2 bunk beds and a 90 cm trundle bed), shower room (5 m²) and separate WC. Fiber-optic internet access. Garden furniture facing the gîte.
Free access to our enclosed garden with flowers and trees, equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. Private landing stage equipped with a rowboat, 2 canoes and navigable plans which will be made available to you free of charge. Fishing available on site.
Opposite our house, private parking on a 2000 m2 plot with garden furniture and outdoor games area (pétanque, badminton and various games).
In our village, an organic grocery store selling local produce and bread, and a tobacconist-restaurant and bakery 2 km away.
For your leisure, there's a lively market on the water at the Port du Vanneau on the last Saturday in July.
At the foot of our house, the starting point for a wide range of hiking and biking trails.
