The estate, where the owners live, extends over 2 hectares of terraces, gardens and forest, with panoramic views and footpaths. One level (ground floor): entrance, living room-kitchen (30 m² - fireplace, sofa bed) 1 bedroom (double bed), bathroom, wc, tumble dryer, terrace, carport. Possibility of additional bedding for 1 person. Gas central heating. A 10 exit 31 at 7 km, La Rochelle 85 km, Poitiers 45 km, Marais Poitevin 30 km, Niort 20 km, St Maixent l'Ecole 4 km (shops), Lusignan 25km (Fée Mélusine country).
