An old restored outbuilding in the heart of Argentonnay, on a steep site with a large 36m² wooden terrace overlooking the Argenton valley, close to the owner's home. Beautiful panoramic view over a natural valley, with birdsong approval, in a Natura 2000 area. River access: Argenton 300 m away and Lake Hautibus 400 m away for fishing. Pedestrian access via montée des Glycines and car access via rue des Tanneries. Private parking on the property. First floor: bright 30m² living room opening onto terrace, fitted kitchen/lounge (internet access, wood pellet stove), wc. Upstairs, bedroom 1 (11m²-2 beds 90x200), bedroom 2 (9,70m²-1 bed 160x200), shower room. Beds made on arrival. All utilities and heating included. All shops 800m away, bakery 400m, Pharmacy 400m, Medical Center 300m. Fishing, walks, canoeing at Lake Hautibus 400m away. International go-karting 3km away.     Charmant cotage

    Endroit reposant, très beau lever de soleil le matin, boulangerie et supérette. Literie confortable. Propriétaire très sympathique et accueillant.

    Touring break in france

    Jean was very welcoming even thought we we late arriving, the gite was beautiful, clean,spacious, good facilities and very comfortable.
    a very quite place (just what we needed) about an hour form most of the large towns and Puy du Fou / Futruscope etc. making it ideal to see the region.
    the only think and this was our fault shops in France all close on sunday's and we were to late to get supplies, a welcome bottle of water or something small would have been very much appreciated.
    But I would recommended the gite to my family and friends!!

    Calme et reposant

    Très bon séjour dans cette région que nous ne connaissions pas. Le logement est impeccable et il ne manque absolument rien ! Jean est très sympathique et malgré la proximité de sa maison, il a été très discret. Plein de beaux sites à découvrir et proche du Puy du Fou.
