Just 10 minutes from Thouars, at the gateway to Anjou, this single-storey gîte has been converted into an old stone outbuilding on the property, steeped in history. You'll enjoy a private, well-exposed 20m² terrace with garden furniture, electric plancha and deckchairs, as well as a large garden with trees and flowers, surrounded by a moat, shared with the owner.
A beautiful, rejuvenating setting 2km from the village and close to the Thouet cycling route and the Vélo Francette circuit.
The gîte has a 33m² living room (fitted kitchen, lounge), a 10m² bedroom (bed 140, crib) with connecting shower room, separate toilet. WIFI Internet access. For your comfort, bed linen and towels are provided. Electric heating and wood pellet stove.

Christian gite superbe a recommander
Logement très agréable, confortable, très propre et très bien équipé (il ne manque rien !), entouré de verdure; belle terrasse avec salon de jardin et transats.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, trop court hélas.
Françoise nous a accueilli chaleureusement et nous a tout de suite mis à l'aise. Elle est adorable, drôle et discrète. Une belle personne.

Emma Gîte dans un cadre bucolique et magique !
Françoise nous a accueilli chaleureusement tout comme son gîte.
Tout était là pour que l'on se sente bien.
Intérieur très confortable et bien équipé.
