You'll enjoy a private, well-exposed 20m² terrace with garden furniture, electric plancha and deckchairs, as well as a large garden with trees and flowers, surrounded by a moat, shared with the owner.

A beautiful, rejuvenating setting 2km from the village and close to the Thouet cycling route and the Vélo Francette circuit.

The gîte has a 33m² living room (fitted kitchen, lounge), a 10m² bedroom (bed 140, crib) with connecting shower room, separate toilet. WIFI Internet access. For your comfort, bed linen and towels are provided. Electric heating and wood pellet stove.
